Ingredients:
3 cups chicken broth
3 carrots cut in slices
2 stalks chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup fresh mushroom slices
1 large potato cut into cubes
1 teaspoon thyme leaves
1 bay leaf
3 tablespoons butter
2 cups light cream
1 1/2 cups cooked turkey
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 teaspoon dry parsley

Directions:
Combine broth,carrots celery,potatoes,onions, mushrooms,parsley, salt,pepper, spices, in large saucepan.
Cover and simmer until vegetables are tender.Stir in butter and light cream.
Stir in turkey or chicken pieces.Heat throughDo NOT boil. Serve with biscuits or crackers.
