Ingredients:
3 large, ripe tomatoes, sliced
1 teaspoon salt
1 onion sliced thinly
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
Fresh ground black pepper

Directions:
Arrange tomato and onion slices in an attractive pattern on plate. Sprinkle
heavily with salt, about 1/2 teaspoon.Pour vinegar over tomatoes. Refrigerate
for 1 hour. Drain all excess water off of plate. Sprinkle more vinegar over
tomatoes, and some freshly ground black pepper.
