Ingredients:
1 papaya cut into pieces
1 mango cut into pieces
1 apple, cored and chopped
1 firm pear, cored and cubed
1/2 cantaloupe,
1 large carrot, sliced thinly
1 stalk celery, chopped
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons orange juice
2 tablespoon white vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon curry powder

Directions:
Remove rind from cantaloupe and cut into bite sized pieces. Combine
melon and all fruits and vegetables in a bowl. Squeeze lemon juice,lime juice,orange
juice, into a cup and remove seeds. Pour over fruit mixture. Sprinkle mixture
with vinegar. Sprinkle sugar and curry
powder over top and mix all ingredients gently.
Chill thoroughly until ready to serve.
Mix again lightly before serving.
