Oriental Chicken Noodle Soup

Ingredients:

2-14 1/2 cans chicken broth
1 cup water
1 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped carrot
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup uncooked fine egg noodles
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon ginger
1 small can drained water chestnuts sliced
1 cup fresh pea pods cut in half
1 cup chopped cooked chicken
Directions:

Combine all ingredients in
a large saucepan. Bring to boil
then simmer 10 minutes until
vegetables are tender. Stir in
chicken and pea pods. Simmer a few
minutes longer until pods are crisp-tender
