Ingredients:
1 medium onion chopped
1 clove garlic minced
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
4 cups chopped fresh tomatoes
1 cup chicken broth
1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Sauté onion and garlic in oil in saucepan until onion is soft. Add tomatoes,
broth, sugar, salt, parsley.Combine all ingredients in
a large saucepan. Bring to boil, lower heat, cover and simmer for 15 minutes
until tomatoes are soft. Pour through a large strainer to remove seeds. Return
to saucepan. Bring to boil and stir in 1/3 cup parmesan cheese.
